Images Cannot Be Uploaded Via The Media Manager Of SP Page Builder 4

I have installed SP Page Builder 4 on my local Joomla 4 site. When I want to upload images in the Page Builder, I get an error message "Internal Server Error". However, the loaded image is saved in a folder in the Image folder of Joomla. When I click on Folder in the media folder of the Page Builder, nothing happens. The settings menu disappears and the page is displayed.

I have now installed the Joomla site on a web server. Everything works. The problem with the media manager only exists with the local installation.
