Where is some customer service. Sorry if I am brute, but this is not the first time that JoomShaper is disapointing how communicating with customers.

Let me explane: I'm asking not of you want to develop the addon, this is what I do for a long time on Papebuilder 3. But try to understand why it is not possible to translate SP Pagebuilder 3 addons to Page builder 4. For pagebuilder 3 there is a nice section about how to create your own plugin (https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/how-to-tips#documentation-heading-8), I am missing that for Pagebuilder 4.

Because I can;t find that I doing it by myself to see how it is done in default version. Even if de code is simular, I can't place it on a page.

So it then hard to ask for some support because of the lack of bad/missing documentation.

If you still stay at your point we are not supporting this kind of question, I realy think of stoppiong with the use of pagebuilder. Why:

• Every time slow answer
• If there is an answer this first answer is most of the time, 'Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.' even when the info is already given. and again days still.
• Not always are questions read well, steps are not taken good or wrong conclusion where taken.

What I realy not understand is when you working on a case (https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/16397#qa-answer-80081), you were asking can I check it on my site (there was some good support this morning), I gave you my results including steps and you ignore it (or not saying anything). That answer was 5 hours before this one.

Back to this case, what is wrong asking Joomshaper some questions why an own plugin is not working when there is no documentation and working example. Keep in mind we have all the same goal, making a very good website.

If there is no documentation, I like to write it for JoomShaper, but then I need to know why it is not working.

he is right, we are migrating from PB3 to PB4 and did create custom addons (fields) for PB3 en masse, since we often have very personalized layouts, which force us to create custom content editing possibilities with different sets of input fields each time. However, we tried to follow the documentation for the PB3 for PB4 and it does not work, so we tried to duplicate existing PB4 addons and tried to modify them, but they seem so complicated in comparison to PB3 addons (there the code was trivial, the code from the image-field for instance for the new version seems so complicated, we didn't even try to use it, but switched to using a joomla-module, which is the faster, but very, very ugly solution).

It's unfortunate that there is no documentation or whatsoever.

Already, I have informed our dev team to make documentation for developing a custom addon. Like as Page Builder 3. The developer team is under pressure that's why it took time to manage it. Allow us more time to make it. Thanks
