SP Page Builder - Form Builder Not Working

Good Day. I am a subscribed SP Page Builder user, and I installed the Newedge template on my website. The Form Builder doesn't send the emails, but the normal contact form does. Please assist.

Accepted AnswerHi. When I tested it now, and it only works when I use a gmail email address as the recipient. I have a personalised email address: [email protected] and tried it with another personalised email as well, but it's still not sending the form's info. It's not even showing the Successfull or Error message.
