Contact Addon Not Sending Email

Joomla 4 - using the latest build of Page Builder Contact Add on - Enter in all the information, click send and it clears the form (assuming sending as I have Joomla 3 installs working doing the same). No emails recived. I have all the things filled out with email address (From, receipt etc...) Just do not get emails.
Ideas? This a Joomla 4 compatibility issue?
