Smooth Scroll For A Button Addon

Hello, I'm trying to add data-scroll-to="true" to href generated for button by Button and button Group addons, but it doesn't work. I've tried to add data-scroll-to="true" into /components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/button/site.php but have some issue where exactly should I put it.

Could You give some tip?

LOL I just add in CSS:

html { scroll-behavior: smooth; }
