Front End Editor Not Working

I've updated the extension, but when I try to open the component, I don't get a list of current pages, and when I try to create a new page, it opens a blank page. I know it's supposed to be a front-end editor, but it's not working.

The 4.0.3 Sp page builder has soo many errors its unuseable. Backup your website and downgrade the sp page builder to 3.8.8. That is the latest version that I can find without major issues.
