then clean Joomla cache deeply, then your browser cache, then it should be OK in Editor.

You can also delete that folder: components\com_sppagebuilder

before reinstallation to be 100% sure that only SPPB 3.x files are there!

Hi Paul, Unfortunately this did not work... Please have a look at the backend (see hidden content). E.g. SP Page Builder page id47 ("Service > Rund um die Tonne > An-, Ab- und Ummeldung von Abfalltonnen"): there is an accordion from which all the text blocks have been moved to the bottom of the page, they are no longer in the individual accordions. so I have to check why this same addon on different Page (ID47) is not working.

Ok, I have bad news.

On that page - content of that addon is broken.

My recommendation is .... recover database backup from YESTERDAY, a day before SPPB 4 upgrade! Nothing more, just database.

If you don't have it , just ask hosting support they should have it !

I cannot fix more.

thanks for your really quick help. I think if it is only the one page, we can build it new. Or do you think it is necessary to recover the older version of database (or e.g. akeeba backup)?

You have to consider what would take less time (and mind efford):

1. Recover whole database
2. Recreate that addon (delete first) only in that page, and prey that it was only there.
3. Recover from database backup that page code only and insert using MyPHPAdmin and prefix-sppbpagebuilder table.

There is another problem on the site. There is an addon with Open Street Map but it doesn't show up the map in the frontend. It also doesn't work on a brand new blank page builder page. I asked in your support a time ago, but So far I haven't found a solution ... Please could you have another look at this? See the SP pages in hidden content.

Hmm, on all my sites OSM addon works well, also map exported from your Page.

I will check one more thing

On raw Helix Ultimate on your site maps are 100% OK, so it has to be conflict with one of extra JS, jQuery script maybe from template?

Anyway, if you would compare Error console in Helix Ultimate vs JM university you will see how many error you have. Maybe this time you should contact with template support. It means that OSM addon is correct, something else damage it
