Some Existing Page In SP Page Builder No Longer Load In Edit Mode.

SP Page Builder 3 years ago

We are using SP Page Builder Pro version 3.8.8 and Joomla version 3.10.10.

Starting two days ago, when we attempt to edit an existing page nothing loads. On the frontend editor the wheel just spins and nothing happens. On the backend edit nothing loads.

The preview for the page works just fine.

For anyone experiencing the inability to edit SP Pagebuilder pages from the frontend or backend, the following solution helped me. My problem appeared to be a conflict between SP Pagebuilder and Cloudfare's RocketLoader service. Review instructions for correcting the problem below. Good luck. This was a quite annoying problem to solve. 24 hours I wont every get back. Cheers.

SOLUTION:

Cloudflare service In that case exclude engine.js file from cloudeflare. You need to disable Rocket Loader in the /administrator/* directory by using a Page Rule.

[ Just deselecting the Rocketloader feature will do the trick ]
