Buttons In Sliders On Home Page Not Working On Mobile

Hi there,

I'm working with a client on their site to create a home slider at the top of their home page. I've created one for desktop and duplicated it and worked with it for mobile. The issue I'm having is that the buttons don't work on the mobile devices. They are working with desktop just fine but on mobile I can't click them or open them after the page scrolls up and down.

Is this a known issue for SP Page Builder with mobile devices or could I have a setting messed up somewhere?

I have checked the slideshow left and right arrows. Both worked fine on mobile devices. Please be more specific about your issue.

Hi Ofi,

It's not the left and right arrows that are the problem. On the first 3 slides there are button links created to take the viewers to either a new page or a related blog post. These button links on the sliders are not working on mobile when you click them. I've gotten them to work every so often but for a lot of people that have tried they are unable to click them on mobile.

I'm not sure if there is a margin/padding overlap issue that i'm not seeing in the inspector view or what the issue is but they can't be clicked on mobile devices.

I just checked again, it looks like they work on initial load right away, but the moment I scroll on the screen or move it in anyway I can't click on the buttons.
