After a long time no response, I tried to do something myself.

I changed the 255 value of the "alias" table of the survey to 55 manually.

I updated my website to joomla 4.

There are 2 problems.

1st issue is "SP Quick Contact" not sending email

2nd problem, "SP Polls" only works on homepage, poll button doesn't work when any page is open.
