V 4.0.3 Can't Add Any Addons

Hi, I'm testing the newest version on a staging site on a subdomain. I can create a page and add a row, but after that, I cannot add any addons. Am I doing something wrong or missing a setting?

These functions are working just fine here at my end. Would you please give me your admin access to check the issue?

I read through this and I still cannot actually do anything on the page other than create a new one. Attached are the admin credentials.
