Is it possible and if so how to override file /templates/shaper_helixultimate/features/footer.php ? I tried /templates/shaper_helixultimate/overrides/features/footer.php /templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/features/footer.php but with no luck

If I may....

indeed, but you can create your own footer - just use Custom Module and then publish in footer1.

If you want to use php code inside footer > then install HDAnyCode module.
