Formbuilder Doesn't Send Mail

Dear,
I'm building a new site for our event. now i has inserted a form with Formbuilder. when i test the form, nothing happend.
I have tryed several configurations. what have i tryed
- PHP 7.4 and PHP 8.1
- PHP mail + SMTP mail
what i have installed: Joomla 4.x Template Helix SP pagebuilder 4.0.3
website : MiatasatSummertime
what have i don wrong ?
can someone help ?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you share a bit more details about the issue you are facing?
Have you tried the following?
Please use a recipient email address in the field and use Global Configuration email address in the From Email field. Make sure that both emails are not the same. You will get an email on the recipient email address whenever someone fills out the form.

Recipient mail address - [email protected] From mail address - [email protected]
then fill the form, but no mail is send contact form (testing)
