hi I cant open Sp Page Builder 4.0 pro

Hello

Apologies for the inconvenience. Are You Using JS compression? If yes, can you try turning it off in Template Options or inside Compression Plugin, clear Joomla and browser cache, and then try again.

I using cloudflare's cdn.

I checked off "JS compression", but did not improve.

I using Cloudflare's SSl/TLS "flexible".

I looked at the two URLs you suggested, but it didn't work.

The problem is not resolved, thanks in advance

Hello

Could you please let me know if you have uninstalled our SP Page builder pro? I cannot find it here. I can see there is T4 Page Builder installed here.

that's right. I was unable to update the site as the issue persisted. I had no choice but to uninstall SP page builder and install T4 page builder.

and now it's working fine.

What I really wanted was a valid time.
