Adjustments do Not Work

Hi

When I make adjustments to the megamenu, they are shown as saved, but the changes are not executed.

e.g. I wanted to hide the contact details and the social media. But this does not work.

Can you check what could be the reason for this?

(By the way, I have the same problem with unsaved changes when I edit modules in the front editor).

Hello

Thank you for your query. Could you kindly let me know if by any chance are you using both Helix3 & Helix ultimate? Because both frameworks are not compatible at a time and this sometimes can be a possible issue. If you do, then please keep templates from the same framework only, and remove the rest.

I use a quickstart package from Joomshaper. (Artion) Otherwise I have nothing else installed except Akeeba-Backup.
