Upload Video Size Issue!!! Possible To Use A Youtube Link?

I am trying to use the Carousel Pro Widget and I get an Error, File sive to large

I would like this error to go away, and even better than that I like the idea of using a Youtube link as the source for teh Carousel

Yes, you can add a YouTube/Vimeo video link. Open the video and copy the link from the URL. Then add it to the carousel item. There is a box for adding the video link.
