Hello, I am running SPPB 5.2.3 and I try to use the video AddOn. I cannot upload my mp4 video via media manager to path video. If I do the upload there is a green sign whitch tells my "File uploaded successfully" but the thumbnail is not showing and I have no access. If I look via ftp into the folder media/videos/<date> the is no mp4 file available. With images there is no problem. Can you give me some help? Best Regards
