Medico | Quickstart | Not Able To Upload Mp4 Video

Hi, I am able to play YouTube and the JoomShaper demo video from your website but unable to upload a 10MB mp4 in the site. There is no error message either.

Hi,

  1. But where exacly you cannot upload such a big file?
  2. Are you able to upload that file from Joomla Admin: Content > Media > Upload ?

  1. Anytime you can upload that file using FTP Tool and later just add link to it inside, for example, Video addon.

Hi, when uploading via 'content > media > upload' i get the following error: Total size of upload exceeds the limit.

I will try the FTP option.

in Media - you have "Options" - you can change value.

but check also PHP settings for max upload
