Good Day,

I keep getting an error when trying to upload a video, that my video size is too large. Is there a way or setting I can change to increase the upload size of a video?

Could you kindly follow the steps as shown in the screenshot below?

Please go to Global Configuration -> Media and change the Maximum Size there.

Hi,

Thank you, I did that and tried to upload the video again, but now I get a different error message: You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.
