What is The Maximum Video Size Allowed

SP Page Builder 4 days ago

I have manually uploaded a video that I want to use on the banner - it is about 22 seconds, but it is 34mb in size. Is there a way that this can work without publishing it on youtube and making it public.

Joomla 6 - Most recent business page builder pro Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out.

The maximum upload size is entirely dependent on your server configuration. If your server allows the file size, you can upload the video directly via the SP Page Builder Media Manager. Once uploaded, you may select and use the video either within a Video addon or as a section background, depending on your design requirements.

Thank you for your message.

Please note that the SP Page Builder Media Manager only displays files that are uploaded directly through SP Page Builder itself. Files uploaded via FTP (e.g., FileZilla) or through the Joomla Media Manager are not indexed or shown in the SP Page Builder Media Manager.

If you need the file to appear in the SP Page Builder Media Manager, please upload it again using the Media Manager inside SP Page Builder. Alternatively, if the file is already on the server, you may still reference it manually by using its direct URL .

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let us know.

Although I uploaded the file directly using FileZilla into the correct directory, the file is not visible in the SP Page Builder Media Manager.

You can also upload that .mp4 file using Joomla Media Manager, FTP or File Manager from cPanel, and then use full path to that file inside Video addon. Just think out the box.

Thank you, I tried that. I also used Filezilla to upload the file ( as mentioned in my initial question ). Neither worked. SP Page Builder was unresponsive.
