Custom Video Size Modules For Mobile & Desktop

Hi i am looking to have a specific video for desktop and another for mobile. On the desktop video i dont want the full height as it eats into too much space, i can edit the video in premier pro to be whatever size i want but when i do this and upload the video i still get the same frame size.
It is easy enough to have one video set for mobile and one for desktop but the frame size is what seens to be the issue.
Is it possible to do this within page builder?

Accepted AnswerExtra tip - if that video can/should be used at the header not inside Page, maybe use:
- Template module position to publish there two module(s) one one desktop and mobile
- Install Advanced Module Manager (RegularLabs) that allows you to choose where each module is displayed, (mobile detection is included)
for .mp4 files you can just use basic HTML5 code player inside Custom Joomla module.

without advanced code hacks/tricks - you can just use different Row (Section) for Laptop/Desktop, Tablet and Mobile.

Accepted AnswerGu yeah ive nearly got that working its just the mobile video thats causing me a headache.
I am trying to have a mobile based video that takes up most if not all of the screen and then have similar but more shallow version for desktop.
I have tried to change values in the style settings of the video module and the section but video wont go to full screen just white space.

I will look and see if i can do what your saying to place the module in that position to see if it works.

Accepted AnswerIn the future, this will have to be solved somehow - because with each passing year, the traffic from phones is increasing. I have to talk with the JS team.

Accepted Answer100% especially when driving traffic from social ads etc 99% of traffic is coming from phones.
I have a bit of an issue with the web version overlay stretches the video, if i reduce the module height the video does not adjust it just cuts the bottom off.
Also the mobile verison works fine on android but on iphone the video wont auto play and also when you click it makes it full screen and above the header?
