Hello,

I have upgraded to Joomla 4.2.2 and the Nuron template is not working, all styles have been damaged.

How to fix it?

I think many Joomshaper templates were damaged with the latest Joomla 4.2.2 update.

Can someone from JoomShaper support team give us an answer?

Really sorry for the unwanted delay.

Please use the following code in your custom CSS:

#sppb-addon-1647955814470 #btn-1647955814470.sppb-btn-custom {
    font-size: 16px;
}

This will sort the header issue I hope.

For your other issues, can you give me screenshots of before & after changes? Or point me to the right direction?

If the Joomla 4.2.2 update messed up the site look, then it can be issue with Joomla update either. Not we are the culprit all the time :(

You may consider updating Joomla latest version after a certain period, then it will let Joomla updates be stable first. At the very begining of the latest updates may contain many issues usually.

Hi Rashida.. i feel a bit ignored. is it so mixed? There is a Screen in my Post.

The Problem will definitly not be solved with a single CSS-Line. Why dont you guys give us a serious Support and try to create our problem on your installation?

To ask us every stupid problem is not the right way to solve these big Problems your Update and Templates brings.

Change your way and understanding of Support - Please - Urgent. I cant see any Queestion for Support that you guys have ever fixed!

Hopfully youll understand this Posting as it is... A request for improvement of your eternal support without results.

Help-- please.. not by asking every week another question.. try to create our Problems at all and fix it at all! Please.

Please take my apology if you feels bad.

Actually, opening a new question for separate user is good, so that we can check issue in your backend too if needed. If you post within another post, we do not recommend to include sensitive info other than own post.

For your other question, as we all know, Joomla 4 is still a new thing, so we are trying to make our products compatible with this new update. In this process we have to update many component versions, such as bootstrap, fontawesome and many more. You might know, bootstrap has changed breakpoints and many default CSS, which may look like update changed your site appearance. So, we are not responsible for each and every changes, actually. Moreover, some things happens only under some specific/special environment. We check our products with normal environment, as it's not possible to check with each and every third party extensions. At our end, most of the things works in this way. This is the reason, we are asking for your cooperation to check the exact thing that our users faces time to time. Yes, we all have mistakes, and we are trying to improve day by day, it's a continuous process. We really appreciate valuable suggestions of our honorable customers.

you are of course absolutely right about the server environment and other components, etc.. I have actually not considered this.

I just see how hard your work is... and thought that maybe we can make your work easier. Thanks for the detailed and competent explanation. So even I understood it ;-)

Sorry for the delayed response.

As I have said earlier, not all the issues are caused by us, actually. It's mostly about default style changed by updated core components, and those are unavoidable. Again sorry about that too.

I have downloaded Nuron-Quickstart and installed it with PHP8.1.
I then updated the extensions and after that, I have updated Joomla to Version 4.2.3.
So far I did not encounter any problems so far.

But I know of a Problem with custom/preset styling.
After a update of Helix Ultimate, you need to recompile the scss.
If you have used the presets, you also need to check, if they are correct.

As far as I know, the problem was fixed with one of the latest versions.
Can not say this with certainty at the moment.

Currently, the page looks correct when viewed with Chrome.

I am not part of the support team.
