The other odd thing is that the Off-Canvas menu DOES show all the menu items.

Hi there!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I have your admin access to check, please?

Best Regards

Rashida Rahman,

It's been three days, but I haven't seen you log into the site.

Do you have any idea why this is happening?

This is concerning. There are at least two of us that have this issue. Support has not replied in a week.

Rashida Rahman asked me for admin login and yet I can see that they never logged in.

The off-canvas menu works as it should. Its just the main menu.

Hello Odin,

Please take my sincere apology for the delayed response.

I have tried to log in with your given credentials, but the administrator link is not leading me to the admin login page. Would you kindly check the issue, please?

Best Regards

Hi Odin,

My apologies again. I have tried late:( and it's obvious I could not log in this time too...

It's really not a common issue, so I could not suggest you a fix without seeing the backend.

Best Regards

I'm not sure what your local issue is but you can see in the screen recording there is no issue using the login I provided you.

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

Finally, I have succeeded to log in to your backend. And it was a simple cache issue.

Now your menu items are showing.

wow so you're telling me your template doesn't work with Joomla's system cache?

I have reenable the system cache because it's just downright silly for your template not to work with it. So if it doesn't, then it's a bug with your template.

Regardless, you say it was a simple cache issue, but did you even look at the menus? I know you didn't because you would notice that the Mobile menu, the desktop menu, Joomla Menu Items, and the template menu builder do not match.

How long is this going to take for you to fix this?

If you can't fix this I need you to escalate this to someone who knows what they're doing.

Hello Odin!

My apology!

Do you have a full site backup? I think I need to check it in my local, so that your live site stay safe from changes.

Best Regards

Hmmmm, no I'm not sure if you noticed that it already has Akeeba Backup installed. So you can download a back up.

Regardless, this is hosted on Siteground, which has daily backups.
