Menus are Not Displaying Correctly In Helix Settings

I’m encountering an issue while trying to configure the template settings.

The site is running Joomla version 5.3.1 with Helix 2.1.2. As you can see in the screenshot, the settings menus are not displaying correctly and there are some malfunctions — for example, when I change the background color, the change is not applied.

Could you please advise me on what I can do to fix this issue?

2nd - About color changes - you have to go to Advanced (tab) > SCSS > Compile SCSS to CSS On or Off > Save
