Helix Ultimate Not Displaying Correctly, No Style Sheet

I have an issue when I go to view my template options in Helix Ultimate Framework. It is showing the page without any style, just a load of plain text and says 'An error has occured - 0 path cannot be empty'.

I have tried updating to the latest version and it's still the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

If you have full site recent backup, then uninstall your template and reinstall it. Let me know if that helps!

Sorry for the delay in replying. I installed an update of the template and then updated Joomla and it fixed the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me. Below are the login details.

I logged in yesterday to do some updates, afterwards I noticed that Helix was broken. However, I then rolled back to a previous back up to start again but Helix was already broken. So the updates had nothing to do with it. Maybe a previous update but I missed it?

The template you are using there is not from us. Please make sure the template and other components are compatible with your current environment(Joomla and PHP version). Moreover, there are many updates pending:

I did all the updates yesterday but Helix was still broken. I then rolled back to a previous backup.

Is it possible to re-install Helix to see if that works?

Everything else with the template is working fine. joomla is working fine. It's just your software, Helix, that is broken.
