This is the error message I get when i want to edit any page(actually all pages) in SPPB 4.0.4, it started after I upgraded from SPPB 3.8 to SPPB 4.0.4 and Joomla 3.8 to 4.2.2

0 Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\HtmlDocument::addScriptVersion()

How do I solve it ?

Hi Joel,

  1. Switch to TinyMCE editor /set as defaut/ and check again.
  2. What JCE version you have installed? version + core/pro ?

In past topic here, we found problems with JCE somehow that's why I asked you about 1,2.

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

Would you please check if your JCE editor version is up to date? If not kindly update to the latest then clear your Joomla and browser cache, and check again.

Best Regards

Hello, Thank you very much, changing it back to TinyMCE editor made it work correctly, I guess I have to wait a while for an update of JCE editor. Thank you once again for your solution

???

I found those posts on Joomla forum:

So it must be from one of installed extensions, I guess not from JoomShaper this time.

  1. Have you updated Joomla and all extensions ?

SPPB 4.0.6 and JCE 2.9.32

  1. What other extra extensions you have?
  2. Full template name please

Now you see, sometimes a small extra plugin can destroy huge Joomla.
