Unable To Edit Pages In SP Page Builder 4

If I make a page from a duplicated page in SP Page Builder 4 Pro , I can edit at will, but once I save and close that page I can never intereact with it again (can't edit, export, etc). The only way to solve the issue is to duplicate the page again everytime I want to make an edit. This issue occurs across various browsers and machines.
When trying to edit the home page opens, with the error is "You don't have permssion to access this". I am logged in as SuperUser, and I made the page and could edit until closing and saving.
Any ideas?

Accepted AnswerI'm having a similar problem. Until 3.8.8 everything was very good, but now, i've tryed to upgrade some of my sites and i'm finding a few issues. The most recent, in one site that has very simple structure, the placement of some itens is wrong, and i can't save any changes i made. This happens on front page. On other pages, that are almost a copy, no problem. Solution, downgrade to 3.8.8 and issue is solved. Problem is, that this is not a solution, it's just temporary fix.
