Hi. When you scroll down the top bar (this one with contact info) hides and only the header bar with the logo and menu is left. Is it possible not to hide the sp-top-bar on scroll ?

If i may..

This will require customization, you can try the following below:

Please add the following css rule in custom css section. You need to adjust the "margin-top" value of #sp-header for different screen sizes

#sp-top-bar { 
  position: fixed;
  top: 0;
  width: 100%;
}
#sp-header {
  margin-top: 45px !important;
}
