Section Before Logo/menu Row

Hello,
is it possible to insert a section before that one of logo/menu? When inserted in the first row of Helix layout panel, it is displayed below the logo section.
I inserted a module in the top-bar, which is provided orginally for phone and social icons, but this bar is less flexible than the section, especially in small screens.

I have adopted a different solution, possible with the Helix tools, that allows me to work around the problem and get a satisfactory result.

Sorry as per my knowledge there is no default option to do this, Maybe you have to customize it yourself as we do not provide customization support. Hope you understand.
