Hello, strange behavior. MP4 Files which are definately in folders are not seen in the SP Media Manager. Needless to say, can not be used. -Michael-

Hi, now I tried some different MP4 Files. Some of them work, others not. Maybe you could tell me wich MP4 Format will work with your Templates? -Michael-

Hi, maybe there is another problem. Altought I have raised the allowed file sizes to 100MB (Joomla and website), there might be a 50MB border? Is that possible? -Michael-

You can change the allowance of 100 MB to 50MB. No problem with it. All mp4 files work fine. Maybe, you have been trying some corrupted files. Since some mp4 files work, this means the issue is on the other files. Also, your given credentials do not match and so I could not log in to the site for checking. Please check and share again.

Hello, I don't want to change to 50 MB. The login informations should work now, sorry. Interesting fact is, that I don't see mp4 files inside the SP Media manager. For example in images/video there is a video (Drohnenaufnahme_102.mp4) which you can not see in the media manager under folders. Only files that are uploaded inside the media manager work.
