Files Not Appear In Media Manager

I'm using SP Page Builder 6.6.2. When I upload MP3 files to the "Audios" folder in the Media Manager, the upload completes successfully and I receive a confirmation message. However, the uploaded files do not appear in the folder and cannot be selected or used afterward. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?

Sorry to bother you again.
I had to rebuild my website using Joomla 6.1.1, but I'm still experiencing the same issue. My audio files still do not appear.
I also added the two lines of code to the .htaccess file, but unfortunately that didn't solve the problem.
