Page Builder 4 is Not Loading After Upgrade - JS Errors

Hello, we have a strange problem with the page builder in version 4.0.4. We updated all other extensions and joomla to the latest version - but the editor is not loading when you want to edit a page.

We get this JS Erros:

  • Uncaught SyntaxError: invalid escape sequence
  • Uncaught ReferenceError: addonsJSON is not defined

Joomla is on Version 3.10.11

FTP details and joomla access is attached. Please check and fix that for us.

Hi there!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

You forgot to share the admin URL for Joomla backend I guess.

However, would you please keep JavaScript Compression off within the Advanced tab of your Template Options, then clear your Joomla and browser cache and check again? Here is a screenshot for your ease:

Note: Keeping full site backup is always a good practice:)

Oh yes you are right - sorry forgot to share that. You can find that now in the hidden Content

The JS compression in the theme is already turned off and was never on.

Pagebuilder is still not working - as we ve already mentioned - we already tried the usual stuff like turning off "javascript compression". We still get a blank page when we want to edit a PB-Page via backend. You have all the login-details, so please take alook yourself. Tomorrow we have a customer meeting with the site owner and the PB needs to work. Tahnk you.
