Cannot Edit PageBuilder Top Part Of Page

I've created a video for you to see my problem and have voice to explain what's going on. Basically, I cannot access the properties of the topmost control/entity to change the image. Funny enough, I can go into the database and change it there and it works! (My workaround).

This is a common phenomena because elements are too close to each other. You can edit the section from the backend. There is another trick. Take a row after first section. Move it to the top and then your actual top section becomes the second. Do necessary adjustments. Then delete the unnecessary row at the top.
