Problems Editing With The New Version

We publish it here, since I put it as private days ago and we have no response.
We have tested the new version of SP page Builder. It allows us to create the page and add components and joomla modules to it. If we then go on to show the page, it is displayed correctly.
But we can't edit the page. If we give the edit button, the part where the modules are, comes out blank. Nor does it allow us to see the page with the modules that we have added. In the other version we could see the design of the page.
We have to do something? With version 3.9 it does allow editing.

Accepted AnswerI have the same issue, not only that, the editor, no matter what editor I use is missing functions (cant insert images, cant change fonts, missig font options and more) and on some of my pages there's areas greyed out that I can't even edit. This is nothing short of being a royal nightmare!!!

Accepted AnswerI suggest you Joom Shaper make a video on Youtube and post your server setup and PHP setup and show users that your platform works and how it should be installed with their Helix templates and show everyone that your SPBP 3.8 version .8 and 4.0 WORK... that will remove a lot of problems.
If they can't publish the video or videos, it means that their extension does NOT work very well and they cannot show their clients that their SP BP 4.x Extension actually works very well and above all it is NOT accepted by their clientele... Please think about it and make the corrections, we will greatly appreciate it and acknowledge your correction.
Maybe they have a special configuration on their server that we are NOT looking at, because the text they have in their help does NOT help much.

Accepted AnswerSorry... what users put in the PRIVATE section is supposed to be private, right? I am viewing the information of a user. I am trustworthy, but this is very SERIOUS. This shouldn't be like this...

Accepted AnswerSo i discovered that the editing bar (at the bootom of the text section), for some reason moves way up and to the right esentially hiding the editing icon. I cleared my cache and that seemed to have fixed the problem.
