OnePage Template - Home Page Scroll is Going Past The Anchor Point

When I click on a menu item linked to section that is on the homepage, for example the contact form, from another Joomla menu item, it goes to the homepage and scrolls down to the relevant section but it goes a little past it.
If I click on the menu item again, it re-adjusts the position slightly.
What could be causing this and is there a way to fix it?

Accepted AnswerWhere is your homepage gone? I have copied your original homepage and now your default menu is showing home (3) page. I have copied this page and edited some. I have deleted all the disabled sections. If you want to show the menu on the top, then the previous issues will happen again. The template is hardly coded for this design (menu below, then on top while scrolling). If you want to change the behavior, then you have to do it on your own. Sorry, we do not provide customization support.

Many thanks, but now you cant reach the contact page anymore after clicking another menu item for example 'referenties' and click 'contact' after that.
And also when you click 'contact' menu 2 times, de second time it moves.

Here is my explanation to your issues:
- On default menu item (home page), use Custom CSS class Home in Helix3 Megamenu Options https://prnt.sc/oh3lfM2Pcuhu
- On every menu item that is taking to a new page (not on the home page), use Custom CSS class no-scroll https://prnt.sc/vb9UUv6HrW7Q
- On the homepage, you must not have any section which is not included in the menu. For example, you have 3 places linked in the menu item for the homepage. This means you must have exact 3 sections/rows. You cannot have 4 or more rows on the homepage.
- On the homepage, the home menu item is always selected or highlighted. If you go to Contact section, then contact section menu item should be highilghted or selected. But this was not happening due to our template bug. I have updated these files to solve this issue:
- templates/shaper_onepage/index.php
- templates/shaper_onepgae/js/main.js
- templates/shaper_onepage/js/jquery.nav.js
Please accept the answer that helped you. It will be then easier to find the solution for the other users with the same issue. There is a button to accept answer after each comment.

It is not centered after switching between the menu's so you see the whole contact form en submit button.

Click on the homepage menue and than on the contact menu. The text CONTACT is not visible.

Click on another menu item for example 'referenties' and than click on the contact menu. The submit button of the contactform is not visible
All togeter, i want to see the text CONTACT and the submit button in one view.

Accepted AnswerPlease check your site. You are using a Joomla Module on the first section. I have added Custom JavaScript to fix this. Increase the height to fix the menu. Or you can use Slideshow Full Width addon. Then you won't need to do anything. It will be alright automatically.
