Not All Pro Functions are Working

Good Morning,

I am unable to use the SP Page Builder Pro 'Hide', 'Save add on' etc features associated with the Pro license, although the license is up to date and I can access the Pro addons. Please see screenshot below: https://ibb.co/KqSHpBjhttps://ibb.co/KqSHpBj

And if you are advanced webmaster, please check in Joomla database, using PHPMyAdmin, what update path you have?

if with

www.joomshaper.com/updates/com-sp-page-builder-lite-next.xml

change into

www.joomshaper.com/updates/com-sp-page-builder-pro-next.xml

it will help for for the future.

Hi Lucy,

I think you have installed SPPB Lite 4.0.5, not Pro version.

Download SP Page Builder 4.0.5 Pro and re-install on your site, then clear CACHE, it will help.
