I am not sure if this is possible without extra hacks. In Joomla by default you can display only one component view per subpage.

By default not possible, you have to hire Joomla PHP developer for that customization.

OR

Use extra installed Accordion module that allows that, then you can use it inside Module addon.

But it will not open that tab! Our addon doesn't have that feature.

You can make Anchor link only for HTML ID , that is used in Rows and Addons, but in general as whole object.
