Problem With The Height Of The Buttons

See the attached screenshot: the height of the buttons is not the same while all the parameters of the buttons are the same. Why?

Additional question: all the buttons are full width, why is one of the buttons on the right shorter than the others?

Thanks for the URL. You made small mistake in "Lire la suite" button addon settings. Please REMOVE value for Line-height, then default value will be used. In other buttons you have line-height: 1.5 taken from SPPB styles. So you do not have to change that.
The paddings are OK.
In similar cases check Line-height value as well.
