@Support I really don't want to come across as unkind or malicious, but why was the problem that was reported 4 months ago and fixed with a custom.sql not included in the current zip file for download.
Instead, let more paying customers face this problem, knowing full well that the package has a bug!

• open sftp
• download zip file
• replace custom.sql
• save
• upload the file to the server

10 minutes of work, you do not need to release a completly new package, simply replace the broken file.

Then you are also so cheeky and ask for a positive rating on JDE.

You can delete this post for all I care, I just find it absolutely outrageous to the paying customer.
Because the problem has been known for 4 months or even longer and has not been fixed.

Be aware, this template has also a broken update path.
You will receive a warning message in your admin backend when searching for extension updates!
This is because of the missing update xml by joomshaper.

Update: Could Not Open Update Site #7 "shaper_nuron", Url: https://www.joomshaper.com/updates/shaper-nuron.xml

Paul would suggest that you disable the update path so that you do not see the error message or ignore the error message.

This Problem was already reported by Ginius one month ago and probably by someone else even earlier.
