Do you have backup of your site before update 4.0.6? You mean after udpate this problem occurred started?

Exactly. It was in the update that the problem occurred. I have the backup yes.

I had the same on different websites when updating....

Before migrating i really looked closely if there were any errors given in the update screen... After fixing all the issues i made another backup (just to be safe)...

When I had this same issue i reinstalled the backup in a test environment and exported all the pages seperatly...

Then updated a fresh new website with the latest pagebuilder and then imported all the old pages into the new websites...

Not the way i wanted it to work but hey, it worked for me so maybe you can use this while we are waiting for all the bugs to be gone :)

Hi, We have backup before but we cannot restore because we are a news portal updated every 15 minutes. The update was Friday, we already have dozens of new content. I can pass you the database before the update to try to extract ONLY the pagebuilder table.

Hello, Our backup infrastructure is directly per server. we dont use akeeba backup. I wrote above that I can provide you with a copy of the database or data from specific tables, never restore backup, we would lose hundreds of articles. How can I send you this data? what do you need?

Export your database and make an zip file of your Joomla files from your hosting server. After download both file make an zip file and upload it google drive. Then share it with me.

you can unzip database file and dump in your databae server.

After database update my phpMyadmin and configuration file configured. But, it says simple text Error

I reinstalled version 3.8.8 and SP Page Builder is working again. The problem is the update to version 4.0.6 But I paid for the update and would like it to work. This issue is a month old. And you didn't come up with any solution. Are you going to do something? Or don't know what to do?
