Contact Form does Not Work Properly

I have made a contact form in SPPB 4. Did exactly what was written in the documentation. When I push the send button it says "your mail is send succesfully", but it never comes in my mailbox. Than I thought maybe it has to do with the captcha, it is now on default, because when I choose the google captcha, I don't now where to put the keys. Please, can somebody help me?
