Hi! I have page builder pro, and a page on our site has a contact form that used to work just fine. Now, for some reason, pressing the Send button (Dutch: Versturen) is not working, and nothing is sent. I have checked all the page settings and contact form settings, and i could not find anything that could cause this problem.

Would you know what could be the issue?

Thank you for the update.

I'm glad to hear the issue has been resolved. It appears the problem was caused by the SMTP account password being changed, which prevented the system from authenticating properly. Since the authentication failed, no logging was generated.

Hi Attick, I am sorry you encountered a 503. I don't know why that is happening. The site is hosted on a shared server, and I don't have all the controls. I don't know if there are any restrictions imposed by the host on global location. Perhaps you could try a VPN? The website is hosted in the Netherlands. I checked the website logs, which does not show anything. I have now switched on 'log everything'. Could you please retry? Many thanks! Edgar

I consulted the host. There is no blocking in place from their end. So there might be a block on your side. Did you try a VPN?

I now found that it is showing COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADDON_AJAX_CONTACT_WRONG_CAPTCHA even though the captcha is off.

Okay, problem solved. For the record: this was caused by the fact that the password of the SMTP account was changed. Logging did not appear. Case closed.
