Hi all, how can I change the field lables? Names are in english, even the standard language in Joomla is set to Geman. Or do I have to build my own contact form to do this? Thanks and best regards

Simple : https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/how-to-tips#how-to-translate-contact-addon

Or, you can install German translation of SPPB, and keep only front-end language file.

Or, you can rebuild Contact form using Form Builder addon.

As you wish.
