Hi Nick,

do not't worry, very easy to fix it:

  1. Download file

webfonts_UNZIP_first.zip

  1. Unzip file! Must be just "webfonts.json"
  2. Use FTP tool and upload inside your default template folder:

templates\YOUR-TEMPLATE-NAME\webfonts\

  1. That's all, and do not click Font Update after.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your response... Seems to still be a problem though - I am attempting to use the Folium template [but also same issue with Finion.]

First of all, there is no "webfonts" folder within the Helix Ultimate template folder, only "fonts"...

I have uploaded the webfonts.json file to that the "fonts" folder and received various error messages:

Warning: Attempt to read property "fontFamily" on null in /home/sites/1b/6/61e0f09781/public_html/plugins/system/helixultimate/src/Core/HelixUltimate.php on line 1196

Warning: Attempt to read property "fontFamily" on null in /home/sites/1b/6/61e0f09781/public_html/plugins/system/helixultimate/src/Core/HelixUltimate.php on line 1198

Warning: Attempt to read property "fontSubset" on null in /home/sites/1b/6/61e0f09781/public_html/plugins/system/helixultimate/src/Core/HelixUltimate.php on line 1200

Warning: Attempt to read property "fontFamily" on null in /home/sites/1b/6/61e0f09781/public_html/plugins/system/helixultimate/src/Core/HelixUltimate.php on line 1211

Also, If I create a specific "webfonts" folder in the template folder for Folium I get the same result.

What am I missing?

Sorry for the delay...

it must be inside "\webfonts\ folder , not "fonts". !!! if you have that file inside fonts delete.

Please share access to admin area as SUper User, I guess there is small mistake somewhere.

there is or should be - just check folder structure of helixultimate_template_v2.0.11.zip package!

But you have different template Folium or Finion, not raw HU. That folder was inside quickstart. If you do not have it somehow on your www, create it.
