I just installed Sp pagebuilder pro 4.0.6 in Joomla 4.2.4 and when I create a new page with pagebuilder I get a white screen. I cannot edit anything. In the last months I used SP Pagebuilder 3 and there was not problem. But everytime I wanted to update here to SP Pagebuilder 4 I got the same problem with white screen.

Hi Lisa,

  1. When you made SPPB upgrade? Do you still have website backup in case of ??? I hope yes.
  2. In Joomla you can enable showing errors and debug mode it may help to show what code caused that error white page. So I think you should start from it :
  • System > Global Configuration > Server > Error Reporting : Maximum
  • System > Global Configuration > System > Debug System: YES

then visit editor page again, make screenshot, upload somewhere and share link to it
