Can Not Select Images

Joomla 3.10 is running on www.benstempher.nl. In anticipation of Joomla 4.2.4 , I am rebuilding the website on local host on my computer. So I am testing Joomla V4.2.4 on my local host. I purchased sp pagebuilder pro V 4.0.6 On this version ,I cannot select images. PHP Version 8.1.6 When I installed the free version V 4.0.6 the issue is still standing. When I istalled the liteversion V3.8.9 there is no problem.
What is going on?

I put the video on Youtube-> https://youtu.be/O_UQF-fkGtc In my Joomla test/admin/Components/sp pagebuilder pro: I selected "openingstijden", A page with on the left,the times the fiscical shop is open. On the right of the times, I want to place a picture of a watch. When I try to select an image, the page crashes. You don't see any images in the media folder either. When I pause the page creation, exit and go back to the media folder there are several folders there, and also the watch image. What's going on?

- Create a subdomain from your cPanel
- Export your existing site Database from PHPMyAdmin
- Create a new Database
- Import the existing Database to the new Database
- Update configuration.php file
- Go to the administrator of the staging site
Then provide me the administrator access to check the issue.
