Hi Johnny,

that old building picture is Row background image, so you have to enable Page Builder and edit that Row > Style > Background.

OR

you can replace/override that image

images/2017/educon/images/2017/01/12/home-top-cta-bg.jpg

using this same filename and extension, FTP tool.
