How To Anchor An Image To A Section

I need to add an anchor to an image so when the user clicks on the image it moves down to the page to the section that has a section ID assigned to it (see screenshot). I've done this before by adding an href="#section-name" to text but in this case I need to add it to an image. I tried using the URL field (see screenshot) but that doesn't work. Please advise.

It's kinda weird because that's what I tried first and it wasn't responding, only going to the home page. It's working as expect now.
