Hi Toufiq,

I read carefully and did exactly your instructions. You can see 3 month ago, I opened a tickedt regardig it and you found it a JSpeed issue. so I fixed it.

As it seems mature enough - 4.0.5 - I tested it in STage and it worked fine. So I have istalled it in PROD >> error 500.

I had to downgrade to 3.8.9 due to active pages.

What should I do now?

You're probably right.

You helped me with the stage environment. Since it worked fine, I installed it in Prod.

But my homepage is SPPB page, I couldn't sty down. So I downgraded.

Any thing we can do now?

1. Create a subdomain from your cPanel
2. Export your existing site Database from PHPMyAdmin
3. Create a new Database
4. Import the existing Database to the new Database
5. Update configuration.php file
6. Go to the administrator of the staging site

Hi Toufiq, I really appreciate your assistance (you know it :) ) I just use j! and its services to support our clients. I don't have the efforts to put in order to fulfill your request. The pages I developed with SPPB run ok with 3.8.9 and I don't intend to develop more.

If there is no other way to make ver 4 working, it's ok with me.

• I build and maintain my business website.
• I have no resourced to accomplish your request to create a new environment.
• Currently, I have only few pages, developed with SPPB.

yes, It's possible. But, you have to re-insert the images.
