Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to use the contact form addon then you have to use the PHP mail function or you have to use the form builder addon instead of contact form addon.

I have the same problem with SMTP. Test works fine, but actual form won't. When using barber template the form builder addon won't work, but with the default Joomla template form buidler addon works fine.

After pressing the sendbutton the form content show up in the page URL.

In my case, I was able to use the form but for that I had to use a different email address. The email address of the sender must be different from the one of the recipient.

This is strange and not very pleasant because I could not use [email protected].

I hope there will be a fix for this.
